By accessing or using SolLaunchpad (the —Service—), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

SolLaunchpad lets you submit a request to create a Solana token and related services (such as adding liquidity or distributing tokens). You deposit SOL, and our team fulfills the request. We are a facilitation service; we do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

3. No investment advice

Nothing on this site is financial or investment advice. Cryptocurrencies and tokens are highly volatile and risky. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always do your own research.

4. Payments and deposits

Deposits are made in SOL to the wallet shown at checkout and are verified on-chain before an order is accepted. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, deposits are generally non-refundable once an order has been processed. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will make a reasonable effort to resolve it with you.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you submit (token name, ticker, addresses, recipient lists, etc.), for complying with the laws that apply to you, and for the content and legality of any token you launch. You must not use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing purposes.

6. No guarantees

We do not guarantee any particular market outcome, price, trading volume, listing, or success for any token. Availability of the Service may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolLaunchpad is provided —as is— without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for losses arising from market movements, third-party platforms, or blockchain networks.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
